As per the Government of India directives, it is mandatory for all the guests – adults & children, to show any valid Photo ID proof (Passport in case of Foreign Nationals) at the time of Check-In (PAN Card is not accepted as a valid identity card).
Advance Policy – Individual Booking
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of 50% advance remittance and rest 50% remittance on or before arrival time.
Room Cancellation Policy – Individual Booking
Till 29 days before check in date – NIL
28 to 20 days before check in date – 25% cost towards Room Package
19 to 8 days before check in date- 50% cost towards Room Package
7 days before check in date – 100% cost towards Room Package
Advance Policy - GROUP/WEDDING & MICE
The resort has a transparent policy under which the below details discussed in advance with the customer and payment to be remitted as per the schedule mentioned in the below chart.

Cancellation Policy - Groups/Wedding and Mice
Till 90 days before check-in date – NIL
No refund in case of cancellation of booking made within 45 days notice period.
No advance amount against room booking will be refunded in the event of cancellation due to force majeure or any emergency. Advance adjustment if any will be as per management discretion only.
Reservation Modification Policy
Modification/amendment in the existing booking will be applicable as per the cancellation policy. Any add or remove in the existing bookings will be done as per subject to availability as well as additional / retention charges will be applicable.
Payment Acceptance Policy
Our payment policy states that the credit/debit card holders should be one of the travellers in individual room or group of rooms. We accept payment through UPI, Cash, Credit and Debit card of all major banks (Master, Visa & Amex). Payment through cheque on the day of departure will not be accepted. We reserve right to cancel or modify reservation where it appears that customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under the circumstance where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
Pet Policy
The Resort has prescribed mandatory guidelines against the confirmation of pets along with room, please find the details mentioned below for your kind perusal.The resort has some dedicated rooms for the guests who stay along with pets. Those rooms are located on the ground floor and no further request will be accepted for the room change in lieu to room view, interior, size, accessibility, location etc.The guest has to confirm about the pet at the time of confirming reservation to the reservation department. Pet will not be permissible in the resort if prior booking is not confirmed in the confirmation voucher.
The tariff of Rs. 2500/- inclusive taxes with-out meal will be charged per night per pet against the pet accommodation. Please carry pet accessories as resort will not be liable to arrange any kind of requirement related to pet stay in the room.
The guest needs to place an order for the pet meal to the In-room dining section on the extra chargeable basis. Considering the covid pandemic these days, the resort has the right to cancel the stay if the pet is not well.The guest will be solely responsible for the take care part and other things related to pets during the stay at the resort.

Safari Booking and other In-house activity (complimentary and chargeable)
Please contact our reservation/reception team in lieu of availability, process and policies related to booking of Safari at Jim Corbett. Please advise that no refund will be applicable in case of cancellation due to any reason with/with-out prior notice. The safari booking is managed by our partner and we encourage all our guests to get all the clarity directly with the safari partner in lieu of policies and other instructions. The resort has no control over the government polices and experience in the Jim Corbett safari.
The resort has complimentary and paid activities on board which can be used by the guests during the stay at their own concern. Paid activities are managing by our adventure activity partner and it is subject to availability. The resort has no control over the experience render by the activity partner.

Parking Policy
The resort has an ample parking space to park all the vehicles smoothly and request all patrons to please park your vehicle at their own risk in the dedicated space of the resort. Any damage happens to vehicle during the stay, the resort will not be liable to compensate anything.

Force Majeure
AVADON PVT LTD ( TRADE NAME AAHMA) – Riverside by AVADON PVT LTD ( TRADE NAME AAHMA) shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of the agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, death, war, strikes or labour disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event thus classified. (Force majeure is defined as any event or condition, not existing as of the date of signature of the contract, not reasonably foreseeable as of such date and not reasonably within the control of either party, which prevents, in whole or in significant part, the performance by one of the parties of its contractual obligations, or which renders the performance of such obligations so difficult or costly as to make such performance commercially unreasonable.)
Liquor Policy
As per the excise rules and regulation, personal liquor bottles (consumption) will not be entertained/allowed in any public place or in-house restaurants of the resort. The resort has a dedicated bar which can be accessed by the guests as per pre-specified standard timing of the resort. Management has full right to reserve or cancel the booking with or with-out prior information to guests. Management can take action anytime if they find anything which is inappropriate as per resort standard. Management also respects the policy of dry days and responsibly implements the same. Child entry age below 21 years with or with-out parents will not be allowed in the main bar section, we have a dedicated space in our Wild Side – Open bar-be-cue restaurant where the guests can accompany with their children’s.

Hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking are set out on the Site and payment will be in accordance with the procedure set out in such terms and conditions.
You agree that you will make only legitimate reservations in good faith for use by you and your invited guests only, and not for other purposes, including without limitation, reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party web sites or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
No contract will subsist between you and AVADON PVT LTD ( TRADE NAME AAHMA) or any of its affiliates in respect of any services or products offered through the Site unless and until AVADON PVT LTD ( TRADE NAME AAHMA) accepts your order by e‐mail or automated confirmation through the Site confirming that it has accepted your reservation, booking or order and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking. You undertake that all details you provide to in connection with any services or products which may be offered by AVADON PVT LTD ( TRADE NAME AAHMA) on the Site (including hotel room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any services or products which you wish to purchase. AVADON PVT LTD ( TRADE NAME AAHMA) reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before providing you with any services or products.
- Termination of Access
If you breach any of these Conditions your license to use the Site will terminate immediately without the necessity of any notice being given to you.
Otherwise access to the Site may be terminated at any time by AVADON PVT LTD ( TRADE NAME AAHMA) without notice.
The provisions of these Conditions excluding, limiting and disclaiming the liability of AVADON PVT LTD ( TRADE NAME AAHMA) will nevertheless survive any such termination.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend and hold us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. If AVADON PVT LTD ( TRADE NAME AAHMA) waives any rights available to it under these Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.
If any of these Conditions are invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.
You are completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of the Site.

- Governing Law
Substantive laws of the Republic of India
- Arbitration
“Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Conditions, the Site and/or the subject matter or any agreement between the guests/visitors and AVADON PVT LTD ( TRADE NAME AAHMA), including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (“MCIA Rules”), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.
The seat of the arbitration shall be Mumbai.
The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator.
The language of the arbitration shall be English.
The law governing this arbitration agreement shall be law of India.”
- Jurisdiction
All the disputes will be settled at Uttarakhand jurisdiction of the District Court Nainital and High Court at Nainital only.
